LiuGong Enhances Indonesia CSR: Free Nutritious Meal Program Donation

Jakarta, January 17, 2025 — In support of the Indonesian Government’s efforts to implement the Free Meal Program for Indonesian students, LiuGong Indonesia actively participated in establishing a Nutritional Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) kitchen under the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program in South Jakarta. This initiative is part of LiuGong Indonesia’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts aimed at contributing to the improvement of children’s nutritional balance in Indonesia. By providing a kitchen for nutritious meals, LiuGong strives to support children’s daily nutritional needs and affirm its commitment to the Indonesia Emas 2045 vision, focusing on the health and future of the nation’s younger generation.
Through the establishment of this SPPG kitchen, LiuGong aims to make a direct contribution toward building a healthier and more productive generation. This program stands as a testament to LiuGong’s dedication to being a strategic partner for Indonesian society through both innovative products and sustainable social initiatives.
The inauguration event was attended by several notable figures, including:
1. Mr. Ahmad Muzani, Chairman of the MPR RI and Secretary-General of the Gerindra Party .
2. H.E. Mr. Liu Jianchao, Minister of the International Department, Central Committee of the CPC (IDCPC)
3. H.E. Wang Lutong, Chinese Ambassador to Indonesia
4. H.E. Djauhari Oratmangun, Indonesian Ambassador to China
5. Mr. Deng Tao, President of the Middle East & Central Asia Region, Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co., Ltd.
In his speech, Mr. Liu Jianchao stated, “This collaboration is expected to strengthen the relationship between China and Indonesia, starting with a small kitchen but delivering a significant impact through the Indonesian Nutrition Kitchen initiative.”
