At LiuGong, we provide professional comprehensive in house, online, and offline training and materials for all levels of service and operation to our dealers and customers. The product service training with performance assessments and allow participants to demonstrate their knowledge and proficiency.
LEVEL 1
Level 1 Training Course is designed for new graduates, trainees and Assistant Technicians. Contains the knowledge to be informed in basic electrics and basic hydraulics, and Liugong’s CE basic knowledge.
All customers can enroll to enjoy training for Level 1 (basic mechanic & operation) collectively thru our local dealers.
LEVEL 2
Level 2 Training Course is designed for Assistant Technicians and Technicians . Contains the knowledge to be informed in machine system and period maintenance training, also learn to use diagnostic tools, Intermediate depth electrics and hydraulics, and Liugong’s CE knowledge.
LEVEL 3
Level 3 Training Course is designed for Technicians and Senior Technicians . Contains the knowledge to be advanced in electrics and hydraulics, and Liugong’s CE knowledge,and they will be aimed at independently service-ability, and for overhaul service will more hands-on practice on components.
LEVEL 4
Level 4 Training Course is designed for Product Specialists, and Product Trainers, Contains the knowledge to be development training skills,advance technical skills, soft skills, they will be aimed at independently delivery the performance training course for Service ability development.
