LiuGong Holds Its First Aftersales Dealer Conference in Indonesia, Strengthening After-Sales Service Synergy for 2026

PT LiuGong Machinery Indonesia held its first Aftersales Dealer Conference on Thursday, January 12, 2026, in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta. This inaugural forum—bringing together LiuGong’s Aftersales dealer network—was attended by 35 dealer representatives from across Indonesia.

During the forum, LiuGong Indonesia and its dealers discussed the 2026 Aftersales strategic direction, including service standards, improved response time and availability of technical support, strengthening systems and work processes, as well as collaborative programs to enhance customer experience. The discussions also emphasized the importance of consistent policy implementation across the entire network so that Aftersales services become faster, more reliable, and aligned with customer expectations across various industrial sectors.

“Through this first Aftersales Dealer Conference, we want to ensure that all dealers share the same understanding of Aftersales strategies, policies, and service targets for 2026.
