LiuGong Indonesia Hosts Supplier Development Conference

On July 21, LiuGong Indonesia held its Supplier Downstream Development Conference in Jakarta under the theme “Linking Green, Shaping the Future.” The event brought together representatives from the Indonesian government, financial institutions, local suppliers and Chinese suppliers to explore opportunities for localized industrial development and collaboration across Indonesia’s construction equipment supply chain.

Building on years of localization in the Indonesian market, LiuGong is further strengthening its local development strategy by integrating R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and financial resources, while fostering an open industrial collaboration platform to advance supply chain localization together with its partners.

During the conference, Djauhari Oratmangun, Indonesian Ambassador to China, Cahyo Purnomo, representatives from Indonesia’s Ministry of Investment and Downstream Industry, Enrico Tanuwidjaja, financial institutions and industry experts shared insights on Indonesia’s investment environment, industrial policies and supply chain financing, providing valuable perspectives for companies expanding their local operations. Li Yuedong, Vice President Director of LiuGong Machinery Indonesia, presented LiuGong’s development strategy in Indonesia, emphasizing the company’s commitment to serving as an industrial platform that creates shared opportunities and strengthens local supply chain capabilities together with its partners.

The event further strengthened cooperation among LiuGong, government agencies, financial institutions and industry partners, while bringing together key resources and shared commitments for the development of the LiuGong Indonesia Green & Smart Industrial Park, laying a solid foundation for advancing the localization of Indonesia’s construction equipment supply chain.
