Supporting Green Mining, LiuGong Indonesia Showcases Heavy Equipment Innovations at ICEE 2026
Jakarta, May 11, 2026 — LiuGong Indonesia participated in the Indonesia Coal and Energy Expo 2026 (ICEE 2026), held at JIEXPO Kemayoran from May 11–13, 2026. The annual exhibition serves as a strategic platform bringing together key players in the coal industry from Indonesia and abroad, while showcasing the latest innovations and developments in the energy and mining sectors.
As part of its commitment to innovation and sustainability, LiuGong Indonesia presented the 8×4 Electric Heavy Dump Truck L8600DE. This electric truck represents LiuGong’s latest technology, designed to deliver lower operating costs and higher efficiency through the implementation of smart energy-saving technology.
The unit is specifically engineered to withstand the extreme weather and harsh conditions commonly found in Indonesia’s mining areas, offering maximum durability and extended service life. Inside the operator-focused cabin, the L8600DE features an integrated system that provides a smart cabin experience along with real-time fleet management to enhance both safety and operational efficiency.
In addition, LiuGong Indonesia also showcased the 975F excavator, one of its latest product lines designed to handle various heavy-duty mining and dredging applications, including open-pit stripping, quarry loading, and ship dredging. The unit is equipped with a Cummins engine and a high-capacity hydraulic pump that support optimal performance in extreme working conditions.
To complement its integrated mining solutions, LiuGong Indonesia introduced the Solar Light Tower SLT-400 at ICEE 2026. The unit is designed to meet environmentally friendly lighting needs with minimal air and noise pollution, while being capable of operating for up to 12 hours on a single charge.
The SLT-400 is equipped with mono-crystalline solar panels and high-lumen LED floodlights, supported by a lithium iron phosphate battery system and an optional backup generator to ensure reliable performance across various operational conditions. In addition, the unit features a rugged road-ready trailer system for easy mobilization and transportation. With its advanced design and technology, the SLT-400 delivers optimal performance even in the most demanding working environments.

Beyond the exhibition, ICEE 2026 also hosted the Indonesia–China Coal Forum, which is expected to be attended by more than 500 industry leaders and stakeholders from both countries. The forum serves as a strategic platform to discuss industry policies, trade opportunities, project investments, as well as technology collaboration and innovative idea exchange.
