Grading requires skill and precision. Our new ergonomic design helps the operator create the perfect grade with fewer passes. With a redesigned control cluster, we put the power in the operator’s hands. Levers and controls can all be operated with one hand helping the operator to enjoy the finest, most sensitive control with the minimum of effort. Our laser guidance and cross slope system also helps the operator deliver a top-quality finish with greater precision and with fewer passes, saving time and boosting productivity.

TOUGHNESS YOU CAN RELY ON

We’ve made the 4230D even tougher to bring your higher uptime performance. The moldboard benefits from extreme heat treatment resulting in a tougher, longer lasting cutting edge. The maintenance-free slewing ring has been designed to withstand the toughest conditions and with a one piece, wear resistant design, our reinforced worm gear box will work harder for longer.
