Our call center is a Toll-free number for our Customers, we expect you to call us at anytime between 6:00AM to 18:00PM. Our call center agent will direct you to the right person of our Dealers nearest to your location.
Liugong is trying to stay closer to you by having this Toll-Free call center. As soon as we receive your call, the agent will pass your inquiry to the reflected Dealer to provide you quicker answer and solution.
We focus on reducing your machine downtime to increase your production. Our Dealer will provide you a response maximum 1 hour since your call. If they need to attend to your machine, within 24 hours our mechanic will be arrived in your location and quickly solve the problem and return the machine into your production.
Our agents will always monitor the progress of your call, and will continuously follow up with our Dealers’ coordinator until the job is completely done.
We expect to keep your satisfation level at high as possible, that’s why after the repair has been done, our call center agent will call you back again to ask for your feedback and suggestion.
